Our automated assistant is available on WhatsApp and Telegram. A test version can also be reached from the website. In every case we keep, for each exchange:
We do this to check that the assistant answers well and to make sure no request is lost. Do not put anything in the chat that you would not want written down: for confidential matters, use email or the phone.
Only if you consent through the banner, the site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits. Your IP address is truncated before it is processed. If you decline, no statistics are collected and the site works in exactly the same way.

We do not sell the data and we do not pass it to anyone for their own purposes. To run the website we rely on the following providers, who process data on our behalf:

Some of these providers are established, or keep servers, outside the European Union. Where that is the case, the transfer relies on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission, or on an adequacy decision.
The first two deletions are not left to good intentions: an automated job runs every week and removes everything past its deadline.
If the contact turns into a contractual relationship, the documents that follow from it — contracts, invoices — are kept for the periods required by law and are not held on this website.
You can ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, ask us to restrict its use, receive it in a format another system can read, and object to the processing. Where the processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it whenever you like, without giving a reason.
Just write to info@nuvextai.com: we reply within 30 days. If you believe your data is being handled badly, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).
